I work shifts (nurse / first responder / IT). Is the weeknight schedule a problem?
No — the membership is wide enough that weekend daytime, late-night, and irregular-shift slots all have someone in voice. Off-peak still gets squads.
Do I need to stream / have a content creator setup?
No. Most members don't stream. Some do (we have a creator program), but it's never expected.
