Most squads form 7pm–1am local. Late-night, post-bedtime, weekend mornings — when adults actually play.
Working professionals (lots of tech, finance, healthcare, trades), dads who play after the kids go down, military and law enforcement, third-shift workers, and a lot of people in their 30s and 40s who've been gaming since the original SOCOM. Skill ranges widely — we don't care.
Officers (volunteer mods who've been around) keep the room calm without being heavy-handed. We have explicit rules against ageism, racism, and personal attacks — but they almost never need to be enforced because the room polices itself. New members usually comment within their first night that the vibe "feels different."
Tactical and co-op shooters mostly: Warzone, ARC Raiders, R6 Siege, Battlefield 6, Helldivers 2, Hell Let Loose, Arma Reforger, Insurgency, Ready or Not, SOCOM 2 (yes, really), PUBG, Apex, and more. If a tactical game launches, somebody here is playing it within a week.
