Members are coached on basic callout discipline (compass, distance, status). You'll hear the difference your first session.
Voice channels are populated 18+ hours a day. You'll never log in to an empty server.
We use simple, repeatable callouts: compass direction ("north"), distance ("50m"), status ("down", "reviving", "low ammo"), and intent ("pushing left", "holding back"). Nothing fancy. Just enough that nobody dies because they didn't know what was happening. New members pick it up in 1–2 sessions just by listening.
Half of new members say this. The fix: hop into a Casual Squad, start by just acknowledging callouts ("copy", "got it", "thanks"). You don't have to be a play-caller. You just have to make noise. Within a week you'll be calling out flanks like everyone else.
