Most members are 25–45. Nobody's screaming at you for a missed op or an off-meta agent pick.

Heaviest 7pm–2am EST. Comp, swiftplay and unrated depending on who's on and how much time people have.
Why solo queue feels worse than it should
Valorant's design assumes coordinated util — smokes timed to an entry, a flash for a specific angle, a rotate called three seconds before it matters. Solo queue supplies none of that. You end up playing a mechanically demanding tactical shooter with the tactical layer removed, which is why a losing streak feels so much more punishing here than in a casual shooter.
What a TGH Valorant night looks like
People hop into the Valorant channel and call what they want — "comp, need 2, EST" or "unrated, just messing around." Agent comp gets sorted in voice rather than in the last five seconds of agent select, so you're not the fourth duelist by accident. Sessions run two or three games; nobody guilt-trips you for leaving after that.
No rank gatekeeping, no tryouts
There's no application and no rank floor. We do ask that you're honest about where you are so stacks get put together sensibly — a Silver player in an Ascendant stack isn't fun for anyone, including the Silver player. Say your rank in voice and someone will slot you into the right group.
More than Valorant
Valorant is one of about twenty games running here. Most members play two or three — the person you stack with tonight might be in the Siege or Warzone channel tomorrow. That crossover is what turns a one-off match into a group you keep playing with.

Is there a rank requirement?
No. We run stacks across the whole ladder. Be honest about your rank in voice so you get grouped sensibly.
Do I need a mic for Valorant here?
Yes for comp stacks — Valorant without comms is the problem we're solving. You can lurk in voice on your first night without talking.
Is this a team or an esports org?
No. It's a community for finding stacks. TGH does run competitive events, but the Valorant channel is regular players looking for a decent five.
What region?
Mostly NA — heaviest coverage EST and CST, with a PST group running later. EU is thinner.
Does it cost anything?
No. Discord and stacks are free. Paid memberships are optional and unrelated to finding a Valorant group.
