Why a Squad Discord matters more than the game's own LFG
Squad's matchmaking is server-list roulette. Walk into the wrong server and you're in a 9-man with no SL, no fireteam structure, no rallies. TGH brings the coordinated 9-man with you — same SL, same fireteam structure, every night.
What a TGH Squad night looks like
Hop in voice. SL forms the 9-man. Two fireteams established. You join Bravo as automatic rifleman. Squad pushes objective with rallies set, vehicle support called, ammo-bag logistics maintained. You actually contest the cap, not just spawn-die-spawn.
Fireteams, logistics, and command
TGH SLs run standard fireteam structure (Alpha point, Bravo flank). Logi runs to FOBs are coordinated. On platoon nights, two SLs coordinate adjacent flanks while command runs intel from the map.
Who fits
Adults who want milsim-light without LARP. Patient with new players who don't know what an HAB is yet. Allergic to mic-less rambo riflemen.
Common questions
Is this a Squad clan/unit?
TGH runs a Squad clan loosely — but the Discord is the front door, and you don't have to clan up to play. Hop in, run a 9-man, leave when you want.
Do I need to be experienced?
No. New players welcome. SL will brief and assign roles you're comfortable with.
SL or fireteam roles only?
Any role. We need automatic riflemen, medics, anti-tank, and grenadiers as much as SLs.
Active hours?
7pm EST through 1am EST heaviest. Weekend platoons bigger.
