Every Warzone squad here uses voice. Push-to-talk or noise gate, but you're talking — no exceptions.

Active squads from 5pm EST through 3am EST. Late-night and weeknight squads every day.
Hop into the Warzone voice channel. Someone's already in there — usually 1–3 people looking to fill a quad. You introduce yourself ("hey, I'm new, EST, mid-skill, down for Resurgence"), they pull you into the lobby, and you're loading in within 2 minutes. Callouts are clean. Nobody rage-quits. If you die early, somebody buys you back. After a few games, people add you and ping you next time they're on.
Mostly adults — working professionals, dads, vets, shift workers. Skill is mixed: some 2.0+ K/D grinders, lots of solid 0.8–1.4 players who just want clean comms and consistent fills. We don't care about your stats. We care that you have a mic and call things out.

Both. The free side works like a Discord LFG — drop in, find a squad, leave whenever. If you want consistent teammates and ranked play, you can join a clan once you've squaded up with members a few times.
No. Most members are 0.8–1.4 K/D and just want clean comms. We have 2.0+ grinders too, and we sort by mode and vibe (chill / sweaty / ranked) so you end up with the right squad.
Heaviest EST/CST traffic from 7pm–midnight EST. PST squads pick up after that and run until ~2–3am EST. Weekend mornings are quieter but never empty.
Yes. Discord, Warzone LFG, voice channels, and squad-up are 100% free. Optional paid memberships unlock ranked clan play, prizes, and other features — but you never need them to find a squad.
