Recon scouts. Supports drop nodes. AT keeps tanks honest. Engineers build garries. Real role discipline.
New squad leaders get coached by veterans. Nobody's thrown into officer with no idea what to do.
Hop into the HLL voice channel. 4–8 players in there picking roles. Quick coordination — who's SL, who's running recon, where's the support node going. You queue together, drop into a server, and play as an actual squad. Garries get built where they should be. Tanks have crews who stay on comms. Wins follow.
Mostly Warfare and Offensive. US, Brit, German, Soviet, US Pacific — whatever map rotation lands on. We have multiple SL-experienced regulars who can train new squad leaders, so if you've never officered before, this is a good place to learn.
HLL crowd skews older — lots of military veterans, history nerds, and mil-sim crossover from Arma. Patient, methodical, comms-heavy. If you've bounced off HLL because public lobbies are silent, this room will feel like a different game.
