I'm shy or rusty. Can I still join?
Is this just for sweats?
What if my mic quality is bad?
Is it free?
Silent squad members get pulled. Period. Every game, every squad, every night.
Compass, distance, status, intent. Not buzzwords — actual squad discipline that wins fights.
Most squads have a clear SL who calls plays. Followers respect calls. Leaders respect feedback.
Compass directions for callouts ("north," "45 east," not "that way"). Distances when relevant ("50m," "close range"). Status checks ("down," "reviving," "low ammo," "reloading"). Intent calls ("pushing," "holding," "rotating"). Squad leader sets the play and the rest of the squad follows or pushes back constructively.
We don't run mandatory training. New members pick comms up by listening to regulars for 1–2 sessions. Officers and squad leaders model good comms naturally. If you're shy or rusty, the Casual Squad / Patrol format is explicitly low-pressure — just acknowledge calls ("copy," "got it") and you're contributing.
Almost every game we play. Warzone (rotations, plates, downed callouts), R6 Siege (drone, util, rotations), Apex (third-party threats, ult timing), Helldivers 2 (stratagems, patrols, drop-ins), ARC Raiders (machines, loot, extracts), BF6 (vehicles, objectives, squad orders), Hell Let Loose (officer + command chat), Insurgency (every angle), Arma Reforger (everything).
You're on a mic, push-to-talk or noise gate, and you're talking — not just connected silently. Squad leaders can and do remove silent members.
Yes. Start in Casual Squad / Patrol sessions which are explicitly low-pressure. Just acknowledging callouts is enough to start. You'll be calling things out within a week.
No. "Coordinated" doesn't mean "competitive." Casual squads coordinate too — just at a lower intensity. Mic discipline is universal; sweat level is your call.
Doesn't matter as long as it's intelligible. We care that you're talking, not how you sound.
Yes. Discord, voice, comms-required squad-up — 100% free.
