ARC punishes silence. Every TGH squad uses voice — callouts on machines, loot, extracts.
Some squads farm chill, some hunt other raiders. Sort by vibe and run what fits your night.
TGH culture: if your squad pulls a stash, you split it. No backstabs. Repeat raids with the same crew.
Hop into the ARC voice channel. Usually 1–3 raiders in there gearing up. Quick intro ("hey, mid-tier kit, down for any zone"), they invite you, you queue. Callouts on machines ("Bombardier east, 80m"), loot ("orange in the locker, who needs it?"), and extract timers. After the raid, kit gets divvied up. People add you. Next time you're on, you've got a squad ready.
Both run constantly. Chill farms are about kit recovery, mat runs, and topographic scouting — low PvP risk. PvP hunters go to high-traffic zones looking to engage other squads. You pick the vibe in the Squad Sessions board or just ask in voice.
