Active trios from 6pm EST through 2am EST every night. Weekend mornings active too.
Hop into the Apex voice channel. Usually 1–4 people in there waiting to fill. Quick intro ("hey, plat last split, EST, down for ranked or pubs"), they pull you in, you're in queue within 90 seconds. Callouts are clean — compass, distance, status. Nobody hot-drops Skull Town and quits when they go down. Third gets banner if it's reasonable. After a few nights, regulars start pinging you when they're on.
We run both. Ranked trios usually form in the late evening (9pm EST onwards) and run late. Pubs run all day. Mixtape and LTM squads pop up too. Skill split is mostly Gold–Diamond with some Masters grinders — we sort by skill range so you don't get stomped or stomp.
Mostly 25–40, mix of working professionals and dads. A handful of returning players from the Titanfall / S0 days. Skill ranges Bronze to Masters — the common thread is mic discipline and not raging when you whiff a shot.

We sort trios by skill range. Most squads are within one rank tier of each other. Masters grinders mostly play in their own pre-formed groups.
